Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 17:00 or during weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Categories

Because of the nature of our products, shipping costs may vary depending on the type of goods ordered and their weight.

Standard Shipping (PostNL – The Netherlands)

• 0 kg – 21.5 kg: €8.50
  
• 21.5 kg – 30 kg: €12.25

Frozen Products (The Netherlands)

• 0 kg – 21.5 kg: €18.90
  ⚠️ Frozen products must always be ordered with insulated packaging and cooling elements to ensure they remain frozen during transport.

Pallet Shipping (The Netherlands)

• 0 kg – 100 kg: €58.00
  Pallet shipping is used for large or bulk orders, or products that cannot be shipped via standard parcel services.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and type of goods in your order.
  
• Orders containing both frozen and non-frozen items may be split into separate shipments, and shipping fees will be applied accordingly.
